About You

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our studio. You will assist the creative team in delivering high-quality design work that meets the brief and delights our clients. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design team in creating visual concepts across various media, including branding, print, packaging, and digital.

  • Assist in executing design projects from concept to completion under the guidance of senior designers.

  • Collaborate with the strategy and account teams to understand client needs and contribute ideas for creative solutions.

  • Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines and meets our high creative standards.

  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, mock-ups, and pitch materials.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring inspiration into your work.

  • Be open to feedback and eager to refine your craft.

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in a branding/design agency or relevant internship experience.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

  • An understanding of branding and identity design, including logo design, typography, and brand guidelines.

  • Basic knowledge of packaging design is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects.

  • An interest in exploring AI tools to enhance creativity.

  • Basic copywriting or art direction skills would be an advantage.

  • Open to attending team meetups every 2 months.
